Register your blog in the new search engine: Bing

I think you have known about the new search engine, Bing, isn’t it?
After Microsoft released the Bing search engine on June 2009 to replace Live search, almost all bloggers publish about it including me because I am influenced to do it. Therefore, this article is talking about Bing Search Engine. Today I am not explaining about the release of Bing, comparing Bing with Google Search Engine, but I would like to invite you to register your blogs to Bing so your blog or website will be indexed in Bing.
For those who have blogs or websites, the presence of the New search engine such as Bing, one thing should be done is to check whether their blogs or websites are indexed or not yet. If not indexed, you can ask Bing to index the blogs or website by filling out the form available. Through this form, please submit your blogs or websites by entering the URL of your blogs or websites and the verification image. If your blogs or websites has been indexed, you can manage and control your blogs or websites by joining with Bing Webmaster Center.
Bing Webmaster Center is the service similar to Google Webmaster Tools or Yahoo Site Explorer that can be used by the owners of blogs or websites to control their blogs or website development and improvement by monitoring the blogs or websites anytime.
To register your blog or website at Bing Webmaster Center, you can do it by entering your blog/website URL’s and the sitemaps. In my opinion, if possible, you had better add your blog or website sitemap because there are some URL’s of your blog/website’s pages that you do need to be indexed. You can enter the same sitemaps with you have used for Google Webmaster Tools or Yahoo Site Explorer.
To register your website/blog to Bing Webmaster Center, please click here. If you have not yet had an account in Windows Live, please create one by clicking the button Sign Up that is placed on the bottom left. Now write your identity as you do in Gmail or Ymail.
If you have finished enter your website or blog and the sitemap into Bing Webmaster Center, and submit it, now you have to verify that you are the owner by uploading XML file provided or by adding the meta tag in your default page of blog or website. If the verification is done, you can see the information and features for your blog or website such as Summary, Profile, Crawl Issues, Backlinks, Outbound Links, Keywords, and Sitemaps.
If you done it in Google webmaster tool, you can easily adopt it in Bing Webmaster Center because it is very similar.
